However, we do care the possibility of worst, though it rarely happens, and for which we have refund policy instead. For us, user’s satisfaction is paramount. So, if you are not satisfied with us or your issues somehow not get resolved, you are free to raise the refund request within 3 working days. We process it at the same time when your request is generated and refund the amount within 15 days.

We provide easy refund process, but there are some criteria. You must fulfill these criteria in order to get full refund of your amount. These are as follows:

  • If any single issues have gone unresolved you have paid for
  • Your device is not rectified or have become malfunctioned with the same issues
  • The work is not at the par level you are expected for
  • Maintenance services are not provided on time 

When You Are Not Eligible For Refund?

  • Your issues are fully resolved
  • Device have become defective with other issues
  • You haven’t raised the request within specified time
  • You are found involved in unlawful activities or you use the services for unauthorized purposes.
